After being recommended to us we called Roy at RA leadworks & roofing as we were having problems with our roof leaking. Roy has provided us with professional advice from the outset, he really talked us through all minor details, his knowledge is definitely second to none. A leak appeared in our roof. We got 3 quotations.
Roy was the only one who took photos so we could see where the problem was. He talked us through what needed to be done. He was also the only one who took the time to go into our loft to check we wouldn’t need any other work doing ... which we might not have been able to afford.
We agreed the price and start date. Roy kept us updated and started early on the agreed day. He and his team kept everywhere amazingly tidy ... they are a really nice bunch of guys.
The work was completed on time at the agreed price. It rained the next day ... no leaks !
